August 24th, 2020, Prof.Dr. Kittipong Kittayarak, Chancellor of the institute council, along with Prof.Dr. Suchatvee Suwansawat, president of KMITL gave an opening speech on the 60th anniversary of KMITL intending to make a change, use intelligence to create innovation, bring the world into the new century so that KMITL and Thai people can go beyond the limit.
This ceremony was honoured by H.E. Mr. NASHIDA Kazuya, Ambassador of Japan to Thailand in awarding the “Radio Day Certificate of Commendation” to the institute since KMITL and Japan have been cooperating in research for many years and have had a good relationship continuously. Moreover, both also developed and created personnel capable of high-level information and communication for over 60 years. Furthermore, H.E. Dr. Sarah Taylor, Ambassador of Canada to Thailand, H.E. Mr. Mohamed Jinah, Ambassador of the Republic of Maldives to Thailand, Mr. Guillaume DA, Attache for Scientific and Higher Education Cooperation, Embassy of France to Thailand, Mr. Vansay NORASENG, Counsellor (Education – Culture), Embassy of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Mrs. Tzu-Yi Hung, Second Secretary of Education Division, The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Thailand along with representatives of foreign organizations in Thailand who have also attended the ceremony.
Lastly, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang was honored and thankful to all foreign partners attending the celebration and sent congratulatory messages on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang.
