เงื่อนไขและคุณสมบัติเบื้องต้นของผู้สมัคร
– มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือญี่ปุ่นตามกาหนดในแต่ละหัวข้อ
– ต้องสามารถปฏิบัติตามข้อกาหนดการสมัครเป็นนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนและสมัครขอรับทุนต่างๆ และสามารถรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่าย เช่น ค่าตั๋วโดยสารเครื่องบิน ค่าวีซ่า ค่าประกันสุขภาพและอุบัติเหตุการเดินทางต่างประเทศ ค่าอาหาร ค่าที่พัก และค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนตัว
เอกสารประกอบการสมัคร
1. รูปถ่ายนักศึกษาที่เป็นทางการและคมชัด (Color Profile Photo)
2. สำเนาใบแสดงผลการศึกษาฉบับภาษาอังกฤษ (Copy of Official Academic Transcript)
3. สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง (Copy of Valid Passport)
4. สำเนาใบรับรองผลการทดสอบภาษาต่างประเทศตามที่แต่ละมหาวิทยาลัยกาหนด (Copy of Official Certificate of English/ Japanese Language Proficiency Test)
5. หนังสือรับรองผู้ปกครองและสัญญาการเดินทางไปฝึกงาน ณ ต่างประเทศ ดาวน์โหลดได้ที่ Parent Consent (click)
นักศึกษาที่สนใจโปรดดาเนินการดังนี้
1. ศึกษาเงื่อนไขและกำหนดการแต่ละสาขา/ห้องปฏิบัติการตามลิงก์ข้อมูลรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมอย่างละเอียด หรือที่ Summer Training 2024 (click)
2. แจ้งความประสงค์เข้าร่วมมาที่สำนักงานกิจการต่างประเทศที่ Online Application Form (click) โดยต้องระบุสาขา/ห้องปฏิบัติการที่ต้องการสมัครในหัวข้อ “Program/ Field of Study/ Research Area” ให้ถูกต้องและสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลของแต่ละมหาวิทยาลัย
3. นัดหมายวันสอบสัมภาษณ์ เพื่อพิจารณาเสนอชื่อเข้าร่วม ผ่านทางลิงก์นัดหมาย Outgoing Student Exchange (click) (กำหนดหัวข้อนัดหมายเป็น “Apply for Summer Training 2024”)
โดยให้นำเอกสารการสมัครมายื่นในวันที่นัดสอบสัมภาษณ์ด้วยตนเองที่ สำนักงานกิจการต่างประเทศ สำนักงานอธิการบดี ชั้น 8 ภายในวันที่ 23 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567
**นักศึกษาจะทราบผลการพิจารณาคัดเลือกทันทีในวันที่สอบสัมภาษณ์ โดยจะพิจารณาจากลาดับการสมัคร คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัครที่ตรงตามเงื่อนไขของแต่ละห้องปฏิบัติการ และความพร้อมของเอกสารที่ยื่นสมัคร**
