We were honored to welcome Mr. Naoki Sakamoto, CEO of The 4th Wave Partners Co., Ltd., for a meeting focused on academic collaboration and student internship opportunities. This meaningful exchange highlighted potential pathways for students to gain hands-on experience and explore global career development.
The meeting was joined by KMITL executives led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Pitcha Prasitmeeboon, Vice President for International Affairs; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Winadda Wongwiriyapan, Acting Deputy Dean, School of Integrated Innovative Technology (SIITec); Asst. Prof. Dr. Teerayut Uwanno from SIITec; and Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanoknuch Songsuwankit, Assistant Dean, School of Engineering—along with other executives from both SIITec and the School of Engineering.
KMITL students interested in internships, as well as former students who had previously interned with The 4th Wave Partners, also attended the session to share their experiences. After the discussion, the delegation visited the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Lab at SIITec to explore our research and learning environment.
