We were excited to welcome students from Osaka Metropolitan University (OMU), Japan to KMITL for Venture Builder Camp 2026, jointly organized by OIA KMITL and Osaka Metropolitan University from September 13–18, 2026.

The camp brought KMITL and OMU students together for an exciting learning journey through Design Thinking, community engagement, ideation, prototyping, and business model development. Students worked in teams, visited local communities, interviewed community members, developed ideas, created and tested prototypes, and received mentoring and feedback along the way.

The program also included visits to System Form Co., Ltd. and Nissan Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd., giving students a closer look at real-world business and manufacturing environments. The camp concluded with team presentations, pitching, an awarding ceremony, and a farewell gathering.

Beyond learning and innovation, students also had the chance to experience Thai culture together, including visits to Ayutthaya, the Grand Palace, and the Queen Sirikit Museum of Textiles. It was a great opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from different perspectives, and build new friendships across borders.
