KMITL warmly welcomed students from FIT, Japan, to join the Peer Practical Internship 2026 Program—and the first week has already been full of energy and experience.
The program kicked off with an inspiring welcome speech by Asst. Prof. Dr. Pitcha Prasitmeeboon, Vice President for International Affairs, setting the tone for collaboration and cross-cultural learning.

FIT and KMITL students then teamed up for a fun and practical “Survival Thai” lesson led by Asst. Prof. Nida Larpsrisawad, Faculty of Liberal Arts—because learning a few key phrases is always a good survival skill in Thailand.
Beyond the classroom, students explored Thai culture with a visit to Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn) and gained real-world industrial exposure through company visits to Thai Koito, Canon Hi-Tech, Bridgestone, Siam Music Yamaha, and Yaskawa Electric.
A strong start to a program designed to blend academic learning, industry insight, and cultural exchange.
