As the director of the KOSEN Institute at KMITL (2019–2022), Dr. Komsan played a key role in launching the world’s first overseas establishment of Japan’s KOSEN educational system in Thailand. His visionary leadership has paved the way for innovative education in science and engineering, nurturing talented graduates and advancing Thailand-Japan academic exchanges.
