We were honored to represent King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang at the APAIE 2026 Conference and Exhibition, held from 23 to 27 February 2026 in Hong Kong, under the theme “Asia-Pacific Partnerships for the Global Good.” Our delegation was led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Pitcha Prasitmeeboon, Vice President for International Affairs, alongside Ms. Lalita Visitanupong, Director of International Affairs, and Ms. Chalida Weerasilp, Foreign Relations Officer.
The conference provided a timely platform for higher education institutions to reflect on their role in addressing some of the world’s most pressing challenges—from geopolitical shifts and climate change to digital transformation and public health. The discussions reaffirmed that meaningful progress requires collaboration across borders, disciplines, and sectors. Universities in the Asia-Pacific region are uniquely positioned to lead this effort by building partnerships that are not only strategic but also inclusive and sustainable.
Throughout the event, our team engaged actively across the four core streams: Student Experience and Well-being, Partnerships and Mobility, Programs, and Student Recruitment. These sessions offered valuable opportunities to connect with international peers, exchange insights, and explore avenues for deeper academic collaboration.
