Five students from KMITL and four from Chiang Mai University (CMU) represented Thailand at the Youth Model ASEAN Conference 2026 (YMAC 2026), hosted by Singapore Polytechnic from 6–11 April 2026 in Singapore.

The conference gathered youth from across ASEAN to discuss, exchange ideas, and collaborate on pressing regional issues. Throughout the program, participants joined workshops, group discussions, and simulated international conferences, exploring themes such as economic cooperation, social development, and environmental sustainability. These activities helped strengthen their leadership, critical thinking, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Thai students’ participation in YMAC 2026 showcases their potential on the international stage and offers valuable opportunities to build networks with peers from across ASEAN, laying the groundwork for future regional collaboration.
