We honored to welcome H.E. Mrs. Daniela-Brînduşa Băzăvan, Ambassador of Romania to Thailand, together with Mr. Peerapon Jindasiriroj, Honorary Consul of Romania, Ms. Bianca Bazavan, Embassy of Romania, and Mr. Wiruch Pansiriroj, Academic Counselor.
The delegation was warmly received by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Komsan Maleesee, President of KMITL, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kunlanan Kiatkittipong, Executive Vice President for Planning and Strategic Management, Prof. Dr. Wisanu Pecharapa, Executive Vice President for Research and Innovations, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Pitcha Prasitmeeboon, Vice President for International Affairs. Joining the discussion were also representatives from our faculties including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Araya Phonghanyudh, Dean of the School of Dentistry, Asst. Prof. Dr. Bu-Ngar Tanopas, Acting Dean of the School of Nursing, and Dr. Sranya Phaisawang, Associate Dean for International Affairs, Faculty of Medicine.
The purpose of the visit was to explore opportunities for future academic collaboration between KMITL and Romanian institutions. The delegation also toured King Mongkut Chaokhunthahan Hospital (KMCH), where they gained insights into our facilities.
