We were honored to welcome Dr. Guido Wimmers, Dean of the School of Construction and the Environment, from British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), Canada, for a meeting focused on academic collaboration.
The warm welcome was led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Pitcha Prasitmeeboon, Vice President for International Affairs, along with representatives from the School of Engineering: Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanoknuch Songsuwankit (Assistant Dean) and Asst. Prof. Dr. Arthit Petchsasithon (Head of Civil Engineering Department). Also joining the meeting were representatives from the School of Architecture, Art, and Design: Asst. Prof. Dr. Antika Sawadsri (Dean), Asst. Prof. Natthaphon Chaiworawat (Vice Dean for Curriculum Administration), and Dr. Prompt Udomdech (Head of the Department of Architecture and Design Intelligence).
After the discussion, Dr. Wimmers was taken on a tour of both the School of Engineering and the School of Architecture, Art, and Design to explore KMITL’s learning environment, innovative spaces, and hands-on student work.
