From May 5 – 9, 2024, the Office of International Affairs (OIA) had the privilege of hosting a delegation from Temasek Polytechnic in Singapore for academic exchange program in Bangkok.

The itinerary was thoughtfully curated to provide the visiting students with a diverse range of experiences. Highlights included an IT Workshop on Cyber Security held at 42Bangkok, a Cyber Security lecture at MFEC Public Company Limited, an introduction to Information Security at Delta Electronics (Thailand), and a Basic Thai Language session facilitated by a lecturer from the Liberal Arts department.  Additionally, participants had the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the Thai cultural experience with a session on basic Thai Boxing at Luktupfah Muay Thai School.

Beyond the academic agenda, the students were treated to an exploration of the vibrant city of Bangkok through a specially organized field trip. This allowed them to delve into the rich cultural tapestry and iconic landmarks that define the essence of Thailand’s capital city.
