1. ศึกษาข้อกำหนดการสมัครเป็นนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนและสมัครขอรับทุนต่างๆ และต้องสามารถปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดฯ ได้ และต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรการป้องกันโรครวมถึงสามารถรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่าย เช่น ค่าตั๋วโดยสารเครื่องบิน ค่าประกันสุขภาพและอุบัติเหตุการเดินทางต่างประเทศที่ครอบคลุมการรักษา COVID-19 ค่าอาหารและค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนตัว และค่าใช้จ่ายในการกักตัว 14 วัน (ถ้ามี 10,000-30,000 บาท ขึ้นอยู่กับการเลือกที่พัก)
